Your right to erasure

Under UK GDPR you can ask NauticAI Systems Ltd to delete personal data we hold about you. This page describes how to make the request and what happens next.

How to request

Email support@nauticaisystems.uk with the subject line "Data deletion request". Tell us which records to delete and how to identify you (e.g. the email or phone number we hold). If you reached us through a client's Facebook Page that we operate, mention which Page so we can locate the records.

What happens next

We acknowledge the request within 5 working days and complete it within 30 days. We delete the records permanently from our systems and confirm completion by email. Where we process data on behalf of a client (under a data processing agreement), we forward the request to the relevant client and assist them in actioning it.

What we may keep

We retain only the minimum needed to meet legal, accounting, or audit obligations (e.g. invoices). Anything outside that minimum is deleted on request.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we handled your request, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
